What is Only Tulum?

Only Tulum is a monthly subscription platform for our Local Partners that provides access to beauty, wellness and fitness businesses in Tulum and Playa Del Carmen.

Booking a class or an appointment is free and very user friendly.

If you would like to become a partner, you can register here.

Where is Only Tulum available?

Only Tulum is available in Tulum and Playa Del Carmen.

How can I contact customer and sales support?

If you have any questions or facing issues using the platform, please fill up the contact form here.

Our team will reply as soon as possible.

We do not offer phone support at this time.

Is there an app for Only Tulum?

We are actively working on an app. Our platform is mobile friendly. You can book your class/appointment directly through your phone.

How to become a Partner?

Register your business here and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We might have more questions about the type of project you would like to work with us on.

Can I refer a friend to Only Tulum?

Yes of course! We have a referral program. You can register here.

You receive $5 for each business that signs up on OnlyTulum.

My User Panel

What is “My Bookings”?

Under “My Bookings”, you can see all the classes/appointments you booked. You are able to filter by date and see which upcoming class/appointment you have.

How can I use “My Messages”?

If you would like to have more information about a class/service, you can contact them directly.

As a Partner, you can also contact your customer if you need to confirm an appointment or if you need any other information from your client.

What is “Bookings”?

This feature is only available for our Partners.
Under Bookings, you can approve or cancel any booking requests.

How can I get paid/ pay for my class/appointment?

Once you book your class, you have the possibility to pay through the website with credit/debit card or PayPal.
Some businesses allow to pay in cash after the class/appointment.

To get paid, please add your bank account information under “Wallet”, “Set Payout Method”.

How do I add my class/business?

Once we approved your business profile, you will be able to access your User Panel.
You can click “Add my listing” and you will be able to start to add your listing or create your event/workshop.

How to use “My Listings”?

This feature is only available for our Partners.
You can check how many active listings you have. You can also edit/cancel your previous listings.

What is “Reviews”?

Once you finish a class/ appointment, you will be able to leave a review. Please consider always writing a review and share your experience.

It helps small businesses to grow and also helps potential customers to book the same service.

As a business, you can reply to each review left.

What is “Bookmarks”?

Bookmarks is a feature where you can check all the business profiles that you saved as “your favorites”.

How do I update my profile?

When you click on “My Profile”, you have the option to:

  • Update a profile picture
  • Choose an username
  • Update your email address and password
  • Write a description about yourself
  • Add your phone number if you want it to visible online (optional)
  • Add your social media accounts
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Please send us an email to hola@onlytulum.com to cancel your monthly subscription. Please submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours prior the 1s of each month.

How do I reactive my monthly subscription?

You can add a new listing and you will have to pay for the monthly subscription once you submit your listing.

If you don’t want to add a new listing and just reactivate your old listing, please email hola@onlytulum.com to reactivate your old listings. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Reservations

What is the class/appointment cancelation policy?

If you can’t make it to class/appointment, it happens. Please cancel your class at least 12 hours before. Under “My Bookings”, please select the class that you can’t attend and click on “Cancel”.

If you paid online with a credit/debit card, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

If you paid through PayPal, you will receive the refund automatically.

We do not charge any cancellation fee, however, please respectour partners and cancel any services that you can’t attend.

If you can’t make it to class/appointment on time, we recommend to cancel as soon as possible. This helps ensure someone else has the opportunity to book that spot.

Can I arrive late to my class/appointment?

Please read the class/ business description, it will give you information regarding the arrival policy and each you need to prep for class in advance. Most of our partners encourage to arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins.

If you can’t make it to class/appointment on time, we recommend to cancel as soon as possible. This helps ensure someone else has the opportunity to book that spot.

How do I cancel a class?

If you can’t make it to class/appointment, it happens. Please cancel your class at least 12 hours before. Under “My Bookings”, please select the class that you can’t attend and click on “Cancel”.

If you paid online with a credit/debit card, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

If you paid through PayPal, you will receive the refund automatically.

What if the weather is less than perfect?

Please send a message directly to the studio/business to confirm if the class is still confirmed.

If you can’t attend to the class, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. This helps ensure someone else has the opportunity to book that spot.

If your class/appointment is canceled, a refund will be processed

What happens if my studio canceled my class/appointment?

We recommend our partners to contact us or their customers as soon as possible when a class/appointment is cancelled.

We will then send you an email to inform you that the class/appointment is being canceled.
If you pre-paid your class, a refund will be automatically returned to your account.

If a class/appointment was cancelled and you were not informed, please contact us so we can process a refund.

Can I attend a class without a reservation?

Please read each listing description if it allows to attend a class without a reservation. We recommend also contacting the studio to confirm if they have any spot left.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

How is Only Tulum monitoring COVID-19?

Each of our partners have to provide safety and cleanliness information. You can read this information under “Covid-19 Regulations” on each listing page, it will help you prepared for your class/appointment. Each Studio will provide information such as PPE-requirements, contactless check-ins, temperature checks, social distancing measures, limited capacity…

What are Only Tulum’s policies during COVID?

If you don’t feel well, or experiencing any of COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your class as soon as possible. We recommend that you stay home until you feel better and to avoid potentially endangering those around you.
